They've been threatening for a few months and just pulled the trigger:

They included a link to webpagetest so I'm scrambling to make sure the testing gear can keep up. I'm temporarily re-purposing the Dial tester (hardly ever got used) for the default DSL testing. Hopefully it will be back soon.
