Start Render time doesn't correspond to the actual value
Several days ago I faced the issue, that the "Start Render" time increased from 1.4s to 4.1s.
I started digging hoping to find that something causes this issue on the site.

Then I decided to check how it looks in the performance tab in chrome dev tools.
I see a big difference.

Is it something, that happened on webpagetest.org?
