Testing without the Cookiebanner?

Hi, can I block a specific google tag manager tag in the test?

I use a cookiebanner via Google Tag Manager but I want to test the "normal loaded" site without the cookiebanner in the front in webpagetest

I tend to 'work out' (via DevTools) what cookie or local storage entry needs to be set so the banner doesn't appear and then set it as part of the test
