Clear pending tests

Hello,
I am using a WPT private instance on EC2 and somehow my getLocations.php shows 25 Total Tests on us-east-1 that are not being processed, so I cant make a test on this location anymore.

I have tried deleting the work/jobs/* folders but nothing changes.
I have also tried this script (https://github.com/jpvincent/WPT-server/...unlock.php) but with no luck.

Do you have any suggestions?
Do I have to create a new server?
