IE11 test not showing any asset details in waterfall view

Facing some issue in IE11 webpagetest(private instance)
1. Snapshots is not captured/displayed in summary view. But Flimstrip view has the screen by screen snap details
2. Page document and asset details are not listed in the waterfall view. I can confirm there is js and css associated to that page

Please advise.
