CDN Measurement

Hello,

I've used this site to test website performance for a number of sites my company audits. There have been a variety of results that I am not able to wrap my head around, the reason being the CDN score. Does anyone know how this is weighted? Whether it be with the other criteria given letter grades or other information provided at the end of the test.

If anyone could assist here that would be greatly appreciated.
