Content downloaded time is negative

I am seeing an white space between the SSL negotiation and TTFB.

If you look at the content downloaded times for these, its < 0.

Yes, the < 0 times are a bug. Chrome may have changed the timings that it exposes through the dev tools interface (we rely on self-reported times from Chrome for SSL requests). I'll take a look.
