RE: [split] Improving First Byte Time
Not all shared hosting is created equal but it is VERY hard to get high performance for a dynamic site on the cheap shared hosting providers because the way they get the costs down so low is to WAY over-subscribe their servers. Some of the better shared hosting providers use ssd's and tune the servers for various platforms and have mid-range offerings for high performance without going all the way to a dedicated server (WP Engine for wordpress hosting for example).

RE: [split] Improving First Byte Time
Thanks for your reply. I may transfer my website to a new HP who provide the SSD in near future.
