You'll want to start by getting rid of the 2MB gif - http://www.webpagetest.org/result/120713...#request15

Looks like you have a fair number of other large images that could potentially be a lot smaller as well (hard to tell with that enormous gif). The keyboard might work as a jpeg for example.

The first byte time ding is because of the redirect. Try testing the page without the www.
