site cant be reached in chrome browser

Hi team ,
we have
wpt agent : 20.01
chrome version 79.0.3945.117

we have site abc.com and abchealth.com
abchealth required certificate , which is not valid .

navigattion
1 login to abc.com
2. navigate to abchealth.com

when we perform test using firefix with option ignore ssl error , script is working
but with chrome even with option ignore ssl error / --incognito / --disable-web-security its not wrking and giving "this site can be reached"
