problem setting up private instance on AWS EC2

Hi experts,

I am having some problems setting up a private instance on a EC2 micro server.
I have gone through a lot of guides on how to set this up, but I am getting the indefinite waiting in front of queue issue.

Can anyone help? Below I hope are some information that can help.

The AMI used: ami-fcfd6194
