Not a bug (that I know of). The most common causes for this happening:

1 - The test agents displays are getting locked or going to sleep (by far the most common cause). When you connect RDP you need to reboot the instance or it will lock and you need to make sure that the display is set to never go to sleep and there are no screen savers configured.

2 - The file uploads for the screen shots fail because of temp directory permissions, post limits, etc.
