Hi
Could I please ask anybody who has time to look at he download time on my website. I am concerned that the waiting for server time is excessive. My hosting company is being forthcoming on this issue, but I am not an expert so I would appreciate any possible guideance,

Your biggest issue is the time to generate the initial HTML page and this seems to be an issue across all the pages I've looked.
There could be a number of causes for this issue, the first thing I would be tempted to do is look at database performance, how many queries are made when building pages, efficiency of these queries etc.
